Board & Omega Management

It is the duty of the Board to enforce the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Architectural Standards, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Association. Responsibilities include establishment of annual budgets and assessments, management of common areas, and further the interests of residents of Devereaux.

MEETINGS

The Board of Directors of the Devereaux Homeowners Association holds an Annual Meeting every October in which all Devereaux Residents are invited (and encouraged) to attend.

In addition to the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors holds monthly business meetings throughout the year to meet the needs of the neighborhood. The Board will post Meeting Minutes in a password protected area.

OMEGA MANAGEMENT

Omega Association Management is the full-service management company employed by the Devereaux HOA . Their management specialty is single-family homeowner associations and they presently manage 55 communities throughout Wake, Durham and Johnston counties. The Board of Directors works intandem with Omega to carry out the responsibilities of the Devereaux HOA.

The following are reason why you may need to contact Omega Management:

  • Obtain a Pool Pass.
  • Get the date and time for the next Devereaux Board meeting.
  • Request for or assistance in completion of Architectural Review Form if you are planning to do any additions to your lawn, changing the paint color of your home or make any other exterior changes to your home. Please see the ACC Standards for more detailed information.
  • Share concerns or problems pertaining to the community.
  • Questions regarding Covenant regulations and violations.
